The best! My go-to medispa for facials. I go to Lindsay and she’s always so warm and welcoming and knows exactly what my skin needs - not to mention, she does the BEST facial + arm massage if there’s down time during a service. And if I’m ever unable to get in with Lindsay, Kortney is incredible too :) Lipstick Empire is all around a great place to feel pampered - highly recommend!

I came to Lipstick Empire for the first time this summer - my facial experience was a birthday gift from my sister-in-law. I found the atmosphere inviting and calm. After filling out some paperwork, they offered me a cute pair of slippers to wear. My room had a robe for me to wear, and the treatment table had some warm blankets to lay under. My facial was lovely and quite relaxing. I broke out in the week after the facial (a typical skin purge), and then my face was glowing. They offered a few recommended products for purchase at the end of the appointment, but they weren't too pushy about making a sale. The downside to the spa is definitely the parking. If it's busy, then you have to park and walk a few blocks.

Price increase without notice to customer. Only find out after review credit card statement. When I try to end my subscription because pf the price increase, the front desk try to pursuate me to push it on hold and told me they will give me a call when the hold period is close to confirm if I want to cancel the prescription in case I change my mind. Never received a call, see another charge on the credit card. 2 day later, have not use any service,call them to get the refund, they say nope, offer 50% only and tell me they are very generous already for doing this. Will never come back here again or recommend anyone here.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars without having to create multiple accounts. Lipstick Empire is my favourite place to go - especially after a long day of work. The entire team is amazing, but I have been fortunate to go to Lindsay for at least a couple of years, and she is phenomenal. Her room is always so relaxing and welcoming - especially when I need it most. She always suggests the best facials for me, and I am so grateful not only for her professional experience, but also her as a person! She's lovely, so kind, and provides the best experience ever!

Kortney at Lipstick Empire is amazing. She always makes me feel so special and genuinely cared for. Her service goes beyond beauty — she takes such good care of me both mentally and physically. I so look forward to my visits and can’t think of better way to spend my day🩷
