Body Polish Day Spa

Don’t let the view from the parking lot fool you, this was a fantastic relaxing day spa. I enjoyed the Gentleman’s Pedicure, and had a glass of wine while they pampered my feet. The atmosphere was very quiet, relaxing, and they are well set up for men. Kiara was my esthetician and I can’t wait to return.

I received a Classic Pedicure at Body Polish as a gift, and while the shaping and massage portion of the service were fantastic, the experience after that point was extremely disappointing. I asked if I could switch from regular polish to Shellac, as that is what I typically get at other salons. I completely understood there would be an additional charge, as Shellac is generally more expensive than regular polish. However, after checking, the technician came back and explained that because a Classic Pedicure only includes regular polish, I would need to return at 2:15 for Shellac because they were fully booked. I declined to return for another appointment and asked to proceed with the regular polish. Once the technician finished, I was immediately rushed out of the chair and sent on my way with wet toes. Unsurprisingly, my polish was ruined almost immediately after leaving the salon. I have never experienced this at another salon. If a client is willing to pay for an upgraded service, I would expect some level of flexibility or, at minimum, an effort to provide a positive experience. Being told I either needed to return at another time or leave with wet polish was incredibly disappointing, especially from what is marketed as a high-end spa. The lack of attention to the overall client experience makes it difficult to see this as a place that prioritizes creating loyal, returning clients. The service itself started out wonderfully, but the way the appointment ended left me feeling very disappointed.

I had an amazing time with Susannah today at body polish day spa. She did a great job on my pedicure. I loved the conversation, she’s very kind and gave me the knowledge I needed on how to keep my feet moisturized. Her massage is memorable and she does a thorough pedicure. I highly recommend to see her for your spa services 😃

This was my first visit to Body Polish but it will not be my last. I booked the Body Polish Deluxe Package (Sugar Scrub, Body Wrap & Lotion and Spa Facial) with Gurleen and I am hooked. Somewhere in those 3 hours I thought to myself I need to do this quarterly. When I checked out I booked another session in 3 months. It was one of the best facials I have ever had and I have had roo many to count. I really enjoyed being presented with the scents that were available upon my arrival. I had it narrowed down to three but decided to go with Gilded Wood's as I felt like it was a cozy kinda day. Can't wait to explore the other scents and services.

I visited Body Polish Day Spa today and a few times over the years. The Spa has always been reliable, dependable and has the best customer service. Today’s pedicure was no different. I met tech, Sina. She’s new to the family at Body Polish and did a great job on my feet. Thank you. She was very thorough and well detailed. It was great to talk to her as well. This last year it’s been my daughter Rachel Branson who has treated me monthly for pedicures and facials! Even a body scrub. Thank you Body Polish Day Spa and all the lovely techs you have there. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each time I visit there and am loyal to many more experiences there. Thank you Rachel. Love you honey.
