I received a Hammam package for two at Kaya Kama Hammam & Day Spa for my birthday, and my husband and I absolutely loved the experience. It was our very first Hammam, and it was unlike anything we've experienced before—relaxing, rejuvenating, and truly unique. The staff was phenomenal, providing exceptional service throughout our visit. A special thank you to Mandi, who made our experience even more memorable with her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. If you're looking for a unique spa experience or a special way to celebrate an occasion, I highly recommend Kaya Kama Hammam & Day Spa. We can't wait to return!
An absolutely amazing hammam and massage! I called to see if they had any last-minute availability as I was just passing through Edmonton, and they got me in right away. They did such an incredible job with the hammam-it honestly felt like being back in Morocco with the herbs, soap and atmosphere. The ladies were so friendly and welcoming, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease the entire time. My skin feels AMAZING. The massage afterward was so relaxing! My back feels unbelievable! It’s hard to find places that offer truly deep pressure, but they absolutely delivered. Thank you so much, ladies!
Lensil is the best aesthetician in Edmonton. I was able to experience high-level customer value satisfaction. A truly memorable birthday treat from my wife. I highly recommend her and Kaya Kama for the outstanding service! The best Moroccan Bath in Alberta!
We went to Kaya Kama for the first time for a couples massage, facial and pedicure. The lady at the front reception was very friendly and went over and beyond to make sure we signed in correctly. We were then taken to the massage room where we met our massage therapist. We were expecting to be given instructions to change into robes/provided robes or how but she expected us to lay down as we were. I then asked for a robe amidst the awkwardness for which she brought me one, but not one for my husband for whom we asked again one for. We changed and waited quite a while more than normal, we took this time to relax and get absorb the atmosphere. The massage therapist then returned with the aesthetician who would be performing our facials. The massage itself was very relaxing minus the fact that the aesthetician was explaining the facial procedure to my husband next to me the whole time so I couldn’t relax fully and vice versa when it was my husbands turn for massage and mine for facial. After both our facials and massages were completed we proceeded to the pedicure stations where we were welcomed with very yummy fried noodles to enjoy during our pedicure. It would have been nice the have the massage seat functions explained to us prior to the pedicures so that we could enjoy that experience as well. Pedicures were average and the nail technicians were very friendly. We also noticed they had a waiting room when we were leaving which would have been nice to be introduced to during the check in. Overall enjoyed our first experience at the spa. Instructions upon entering the massage room could have made it to 5 stars 😊
Amazing place, the hammam (Moroccan bath) was so good just like back home. Staff is so friendly! Definitely my hammam spot in Edmonton ! Today I tried the delight her package with Raman , that was the most amazing spa experience I’ve ever had. Her lymphatic drainage technique with my facial was the best part! Thank you!
