Healing Waters Spa Edmonton

I love this place. I’ve seen a few different staff for massage and brows and I always leave happy. They are client-focused with every aspect (booking to billing) and all of the providers are professional and knowledgeable. I wish I could book an extra hour to just lay in the bed after service.

Nicole is absolutely amazing! She is professional and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. She really takes the time to understand what your body needs. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for an exceptional massage therapist. I’ll definitely be back!

My experience with Candance was great. She was super friendly, did an amazing job and recommended an after wax product for me. I will be back and I strongly recommend her services. The lady at the reception was also very friendly. The spa is neat and quiet. My husband and I had hammam. Candance n Jenna did an amazing job. We both loved the experience, thanks ladies. I loved today. The lady doing my treatments (I’m sorry I don’t think I got her name, my bad!) was amazing. I had a bit of an emotional release while getting wrapped, and she was very kind and comforting about it. Plus, when I had my facial, she was diplomatic but honest in the best way when she said ‘your face is compromised.’ I knew she meant ‘your skin is fighting for its life, girl!!!’ But she made me feel safe to ask questions and she asked good questions and helped me find a new skincare routine that will work wonders for me. She also did an extraction on a tricky spot on my face and she did it beautifully. After not trusting dermatologists for decades due to a horrific experience as a kid, she really went the extra mile for me. It felt more like helping than just trying to sell product. Plus, I trust the products at Healing Waters because they have been brilliant in the past and well priced for their quality. The pedicure was also lovely, and she even put my smelly socks on for me so my nails wouldn’t smudge. Bless her heart. I always have a wonderful time at Healing Waters, and this was no different. Front of house staff are also always amazing. Honestly, I’d go to war for Healing Waters. Thank you all for another brilliant experience.

Had my first experience at Healing Waters Spa this weekend for a birthday pedicure and it was a lovely experience. The facility has some lovely spaces for pre and post treatment relaxation and calmness. And my service provider, Jenna, made my feet look and feel wonderful while engaging with me throughout the appointment.
