From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a beautifully designed space—the architecture and interior design are absolutely stunning. Every detail feels intentional, from the elegant front desk to the calming hallway, all the way to the cozy lounge, well-appointed changing rooms, and the serene massage rooms. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the people. The owner and Melanie at the front desk are incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Their hospitality adds such a personal touch to the entire experience. We’ve now enjoyed their couples massage three times, and each visit has been consistently amazing. It’s become something we always look forward to. We’ve also recommended them to family and friends, and they’ve all come back with the same feedback—exceptional ambiance and outstanding service. I've been to Ambleside Spa on multiple occasions for group bookings and I cannot recommend them enough. Melony is an absolute sweetheart and takes great pride in ensuring every guest feels welcome, comfortable and relaxed in the spa lounge. Both Christine and Shelby are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and they ensure every treatment leaves you feeling pampered. The spa itself is very clean, calming and luxurious. Thank you to the incredible team for taking such good care of us!

Came here for a massage and the whole experience was amazing. There is a relaxing lounge with high quality teas and drinks + a sauna. Mariah did my massage and it was top notch! She worked wonders and provided such a relaxing, comfortable environment. This spa has great ambiance and pays attention to the small details that results in clients leaving satisfied and zen.

I've been going here for quite a while now and visited again a few days ago. Melanie and Julie are so thoughtful and welcoming and are such a wonderful part of the experience. My massage therapist is honestly the best I've ever had, and the spa itself is immaculately clean with incredible attention to detail. I'm particular when it comes to service and cleanliness, and this place continues to impress me every time. These days, not every place can truly wow me, this place does. Highly recommend, such a great addition to the neighbourhood!
