Massage Heights Emerald Hills

Jessica Silva is a knowledgeable and effective massage therapist. I came in to treat consistent pain in my forearm, elbow and shoulder. After a thorough exam, Jessica informed me about my muscles and fascia and how they work together. She massaged the fascia and gently rotated my arm on both sides. She also applied hot-stones, and did some cupping to release the tension. After the hour the pain was gone. My arm feels so much better now and I’m so grateful to Jessica for knowing what to do. I will definitely be back, she is AMAZING!

I've been coming here for a while and always have a great experience. Nadine is wonderful...she's always punctual, friendly, and takes the time to ask what I need and which areas I'd like her to focus on before starting. The staff is always welcoming, and I leave feeling relaxed every time. Highly recommend!

Daimara Munoz did an excellent job incorporating both a relaxing and a therapeutic massage. She dealt with my trigger point areas to provide immediate comfort. Her technique is smooth yet thorough. I came away feeling invigorated and stress-free! Thank you, Daimara!
