Broadmoor Lake Park

Great place to spend time outside. Very clean, very convenient. Lots for kids to do. Lots of space to sit or picnic. Mini donut truck here was a happy bonus. Will most definitely be coming back

This park has everything- multiple play structures, slides, a variety of swings (including an accessible one), picnic tables and benches for the adults, sand pits and a water park. It’s nicely situated right by a pond that frequents Canadian geese. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the litter is really bad. There is a food truck with various snacks, which is great, but unfortunately brings a lot of rubbish that ends up on the ground. Other than that, this is probably a top 5 park in the Edmonton/Sherwood Park area.

First time here, fantastic place for families! There are plenty of picnic tables close to the park to be able to watch your kids have alot of fun. There is a spray park that shut down at 8pm, the regular park with a huge spiderweb climbing into a bird house on top. The kids get mostly dried off playing there before going home for a good rest! There are benches placed around the lake along with a paved walking path all the way around. Plenty of grassy areas for picnics, and there is a housed in area available for private functions. It has 6 picnic tables, a huge fireplace, you have to bring your own wood and food, there is a sink for rinsing utensils or washing hands. The parking was decent considering how many families were there.

My kids love to explore all of the parks and playgrounds in every area we go. The huge playground and park has something for everyone. Little kids, big kids, adults, spray park, all sorts of structures as well as a food truck. The structures are well thought out and challenging, the spray park is solid. The food truck serves donuts, hot dogs, coffee, ice cream, and so one. The lake beside is very nice to walk.
