We reserved the gazebo for a small wedding ceremony in early June. It was a great spot and made for beautiful photos! There was us two, plus our officiant and 7 guests and it was a good size for that amount of people. One note is that there is a bit of road noise.
Stopped here for a picnic lunch and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space! We appreciated the informational signage around the grounds. Nice place to walk around ( dog friendly as well )
Here a little early in the year so no green grass or flowers 💐 but it is still a nice place to visit. Lots of history with the house and information boards on the Heritage Mile. Lots of great facts here about the history of Sherwood Park. There is ample parking and lots of green space to move around in. There is a clay woks building on the property that is used often, especially for school field trips. I definitely recommend this place if you want to get know Sherwood Park better.
The glass studio and clay hut at Smeltzer are fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone!
Such a beautifully kept historical plot. Love the garden 💕
