Of the 3 trampoline parks in the area, my boys 10 and 14 chose this one. They liked the big basketball court and the dodgeball area. Foam pit a bit dirty but how do you even clean that?! Overall good!
I’m so so disappointed! We absolutely love launch pad, because it’s always been one of the screen-free indoor play places in Edmonton (most of the other ones have arcades and such), where your kids can just jump and play and aren’t staring at a screen. However when my sister & I took our kids here yesterday, we were really disappointed to see they had installed some screens with games, and in the toddler area no less. You do have to bike to make the game work, so they’re at least getting some exercise, (however my 5 year old cut his foot on the pedal and was sobbing hysterically & wouldn’t jump the rest of the time). My 7-year-old son has ADHD and I always loved that at launchpad I didn’t have to worry about him being distracted by a screen the whole time, (as we really limit his screen time/exposure at home), but this time I was constantly reminding him to go jump and play, and to stop playing the screen games. I think there is a time and place for screens, but this is an indoor trampoline park, not an arcade! Please consider taking the screens out!!
Its great. The kids always have a fun time there.
We had our son’s ninth birthday at the west end location ( for some reason it nuts the review on this location) on a Thursday evening and it was so much fun for the kids. The location is great and lots of parking as well , the play area is tons of fun’s as well. We had a fair bit of issues with our “ VIP” package though. No “skipping the line” as promised and every item we signed up for had to be chased down and delayed everything along the way. The staff were very kind but you could tell they were not given a sufficient amount of support and had not been trained on most things. The room was cool, I did just clean it myself after though because I felt bad for the staff 🤷🏾♂️ fun place though, worth checking out. Oh and bring extra money if you want to sit down😂
Had an amazing time at LaunchPad West today! Shaii provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make our visit great. Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!"
