My Car overheated in the registries parking lot across the street. I walked over to ask if someone had some coolant and to see if maybe someone was able to look over it quickly to see if I had to call AMA. No questions asked, a mechanic (sawyer I think his name was) walked over with me and looked everything over. He helped me identify my next steps, put me at ease and let me keep the coolant at no charge. Old school, small community kindness, you don’t see often. Thanks Binx Auto! 👌🏼🤗

Absolutely disappointed with this shop. My husband brought my Jeep in because the gas tank was making a loud and distracting noise while driving. Paid the charges, expecting the issue to be properly checked and fixed, but NOTHING was resolved. The exact same problem was still there when he got the vehicle back. To make things worse, when he returned, the guy at the front desk simply said no one was available to go for a test drive. Seriously? the least they could do was properly inspect the vehicle and make sure the issue was fixed before sending it back. Such a frustrating waste of time and money. Losing confidence in your vehicle is stressful enough, and this experience only made it worse. Definitely would not recommend this shop.

Ryan and his guys are absolute rockstars! My relatively rare European car was in an accident resulting in all sorts of internal and exterior damage (radiator & supporting parts, misc leaks, crushed bumper, hood and headlights). They took care of everything! They sourced parts FAST, communicated openly and frequently. They were very understanding that I was working under a time crunch with budget constraints. They found deals on hard to find parts, and made sure everything matched perfectly while moving at the speed of light! To say I’m grateful is an understatement. I am so happy to have my car back like nothing ever happened! I won’t be going anywhere else but here. Thank you all for your hard work, it means so much to me!
