So-Lo Auto Repair/NAPA Autopro

Five stars isn't enough for these guys. I have been taking my vehicles there for years and will never ever go anywhere else. Recently I was given a free oil change coupon for a local dealership and after receiving the service, they told me I needed $2500 in work to be done "immediately" as I had a serious coolant leak and needed a new radiator. I booked my vehicle in with So-Lo and provided them with the quote and paperwork that the dealership gave me and after doing their own diagnostics, they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my radiator and my bill only ended up being $500 for some other minor work. They could have easily just completed the work on the order and charged me over 2 grand and I would never have known. Time and time again these guys build my TRUST and I cannot recommend them enough. This is not the first time they have done me a solid. THE BEST.

By far the best service I have had at a mechanic shop ever! Had pretty much the whole underside of one of our cars completely replaced. Great value, and done promptly! Highly recommend this place!

Best place ever. My husband’s car broke down while we were traveling through the area and we went to them desperate to get back on the road. They squeezed us in and got us back on the road within an hour. They were so great and personable. If we could give 6 stars we would lol. They’re definitely the most trustworthy mechanic I’ve ever been to. We ended up making it to our destination before a big snow storm that would’ve had us completely stuck and we owe it to them. 10/10 recommend.

So-Lo is exactly the sort of auto repair team you hope to find. They are super supportive and responsive to any issue you have. And they give you honest assessments of the issue, without ever feeling like they are trying to rip you off or do extra work just because they could. Every time they have worked on our vehicles, from installing a block heater, assessing the state of a transmission or general check up and repair, they always go above and beyond with their support. I am so glad we found them.

Fantastic business, amazing customer service, wow! Bill and his staff go out of their way to ensure the job is well done and at a fair price. I have been maintaining both my family vehicles here for 4 years, a great experience every time, in fact, I love them so much that I almost wish my car broke down more often, that is how great they are! Just recently Seth really went out of his way to do some research on my Mazda handle to make sure the job could be done at the cheapest rate. Not only that but he came up with an interim solution when I arrived. Honestly, it is so difficult to find an honest, authentic business that is focused on good work and the customer's needs. I can assure you, that you will find that here. Hand on heart you will not be disappointed. Bill, a massive thank you to your and your team for your continued work year round!
