Canadian Tire

I met Psalmuel ' who is a Canadian tire associated, he helped me alot when the huge store overwhelmed me and I could not find the items I needed. Plus 2 kids with me at that time. He helped me alot and saved alot of time for me. Wonderful person. Kudos to you !

Just wanted to take a moment to recongnize one of your employees that helped me out with a no receipt return purchase that I had from your 97st store. After getting a hard “you didn’t buy that here” from the other store I took a shot and went to your store. Within 30 seconds Warsha was able to find that I had in fact purchase the item at the 97st store and do the refund. You should know that in the past I did 90% of my CT purchases there. My business is coming to your store from this point because of this small act. Please thank Warsha and let her know her efforts are appreciated.

I've always had positive shopping experiences at this location but yesterday's experience (06/27/26) really stood out for me. I'm in the middle of doing some diy renovations and really have no idea what I'm doing. I was very stressed going into the store but Isaac from the Hardware department was able to help me find everything I needed. He also pointed out some of the things I didn't know I needed for my project! I was very impressed with his customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience with the parts department at Canadian Tire Manning. The customer service was excellent and everyone was so kind, patient, and helpful. Young brown man arush I believe his name was helped me understand exactly what I needed and made the whole process very easy and stress free and saved me money!. It’s so nice to still receive genuine customer service these days.
