Mr. Lube + Tires

Called and talked to a legend named Mark who offered to run a free engine scan for me when no one else would. I was concerned about this engine light as this is my primary vehicle, and Mark was super calm and reassuring. I pulled up and I was welcomed by a noble gentleman who happened to be my guy Mark. This guy pulled out all the stops rolling out the red carpet for me. He scanned the code and told me the code was related to my battery. He offered a complimentary battery check which of course I immediately took him up on. He gracefully let me know my battery was "cooked" and offered to get me a quote on a new battery. He then guided me into the bay like a mother goose guiding her goslings. Now here I am awaiting the next chapter in this story....

The service here is fast and great ! I came for an oil change and was impressed with the attention to detail from the mechanics. They checked my tire pressure and even lubricated the hinges on all doors. Would recommend !

I had an oil change done recently, and the service was outstanding! Ismael, Jason, and Dave were all very friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and made sure my car was in top condition before I left. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Great team and great service — I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality auto care. Thanks again, guys!

The staff at this location are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I’ve never once felt judged or looked down on when coming here, which can honestly be hard to find at some auto shops. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never try to pressure you into unnecessary upsells or services. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers and being honest about what your car actually needs. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for trustworthy and friendly service!
