Jiffy Lube + Tires

Derik Jimmy and Shamal were very friendly and helpful. they changed my oil, my air filter cabin filter And checked everything and topped everything up. They were very professional and very honest. I highly recommend this location on 97th Street.

I had a great experience at this shop. Jimmy and Shamal provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. Even though they were busy with other customers, they made sure to help me right away and never left me waiting. They inspected my vehicle, checked and topped up the fluids, and replaced my serpentine belt quickly and professionally. They explained everything clearly, were honest, polite, and focused on solving my problem as fast as possible. It's not easy to find a shop where people genuinely care about their customers, but Jimmy and Shamal went above and beyond. I truly appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you again!

Had the best experience with Shamal today. He answered all my questions and gave excellent advice. I'll keep coming back to this location for the amazing customer service. I got an oil change service. Will come back for any other concerns. 5 ⭐️
