First impressions are strong: the entrance and office area are tidy and organized, the shop feels orderly, and it’s obvious the team takes pride in how the place is run. Service is friendly and efficient, with a smooth vehicle flow that keeps things moving without feeling rushed. The drive-through setup makes it easy, and the complimentary general check-over adds genuine value and peace of mind. Best of all is the attitude — passionate employees who communicate clearly and keep the experience straightforward. After having a couple oil changes at this location my engine started to knock, after further diagnosis at an independent shop it was determined as catastrophic lower bearing failure. The shop took out the oil filter and found it deformed and poorly fitted into the oil filter housing because it wasn't a Toyota brand filter causing erratic oil pressure. Prior to these oil changes my 2012 sienna was serviced at a Toyota dealership using Toyota brand synthetic oil and Toyota filter every 8,000km. The Toyota 3.5L engine has no known history of failures like this and is used in may Lexus / Toyota vehicles all over the world. The Quality of materials used in may Quick Lube shops is not the same as having OEM products installed in your engine, they say filters and oil is to manufactures spec yes, but may times they use recycled oil and low quality filters in order to make higher profit margins. Be mindful when taking your vehicle to a quicky lube, their technicians are not certified red seal technicians, best to take it to your manufacturers dealer and have the heart beat of your vehicle last. Attached are photos of the filter that came out of the vehicle

Excellent service! I arrived 20 minutes before close and was welcomed in. My attendant Henry was very friendly and polite. He was eager to clean the windshields/windows, check the tire pressure and lubricate the doors. He explained the cost and was very open to questions. He asked about specific maintenance but was not pushy and didn’t pressure me to do any unnecessary work which I had experienced before. I had a great experience with Henry and would highly recommend the 111Ave Edmonton location

They did a very thorough job and pointed out some leaks under my vehicle that I might not have noticed otherwise. The technicians were very friendly and communicated what they were doing at each step. Great service!
