Great experience at this shop. Friendly and honest customer service. This is my first time getting oil change at LubeFX and they're cheaper than other places I regularly went for oil change.

We are very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the team. They took the time to check additional items we hadn’t even asked about and patiently explained everything in detail. The warm welcome, honesty, and attention to detail made for a truly excellent experience.

This is not a trustworthy shop. After reading reviews and getting a second opinion from a real mechanic, it is abundantly clear that they are in the business of conning customers into purchasing services they don’t need. I had been to this shop twice, and it seems that they successfully scared me into having my transmission fluid changed. I initially agreed to get a coolant flush, but held off after a call to my boyfriend and a sneaking suspicion that they were being dishonest. The tech’s face fell when I let him know I’d changed my mind and I could just tell he was bummed to lose out on a sales opportunity. I let him know that my boyfriend’s father could change it and he questioned his abilities, despite not being a real mechanic himself. I ended up taking my vehicle to Fountain Tire on Yellowhead Rd for some brake repairs and asked if they could check the coolant for me. I was unsurprised when I was informed it was perfectly fine. Statistics show that women tend to pay more for the same vehicle repairs as men and it’s very clear that this shop takes advantage of women. I will not be returning, nor recommending this shop. Y’all can try and defend yourself and paste the same generic reply you paste under every negative review, but there is a reason that this is a recurring theme in your reviews. Karma will catch up with you. Have the day you deserve.

The guys who helped us were fantastic. They explained and were so friendly. They even provided a gas line fuel injector cleaner cause it was out first time. We will come back here for sure. They did a great job. Even had a treat for my dog 🤩

Scammer alert!! Took my car in to get tires swapped and they tried to scam me of almost $1000. I called in initially to see what the quote would be to swap four tires. I was told a certain price and was charged a different price when I got there. They had looked at my brakes. They had said that my front rotors were shredded, and my pads were at 0% That he shouldn’t even be doing the job. They’re so bad and that if he wants to do them that day, it would be more of a favour because they don’t normally do brakes on Saturdays.. I then asked for a quote and was quoted almost $1000 After all these discounts that he was also favouring for me. I had a bad feeling that it wasn’t accurate being. I just did my brakes the year prior so I went and got a second look and my brakes were completely fine rotors completely fine. Everything he had said was just a big lie and a scam to get $1000 out of me. . Be weary when going to this outfit, they will try to overcharge you and give you false information on parts that don’t need to be fixed or changed and it will end up costing you way more out-of-pocket than what you originally planned for. It’s absolutely unacceptable. Business practice would never come back.. Five star reviews probably don’t have a clue what actually is happening.
