Have been going to Norm since 2016. Only shop I trust my vehicle too. Best customer service with Charlie, Norm himself or Ben. Can’t thank you enough for all that you do. Recommend to all my family and friends. A huge thank you to Charlie for making it special for my work. She took photos of our mascot helping her fix the vehicle. That was above and beyond. Thank you so much.
Hello everyone! I am incredibly happy with Norm's service! First of all, this place is close to my house, which is a huge plus in itself because it saves so much time. But that’s not all, folks. I came in with a minor issue that can suddenly ruin anyone's day—I got a flat tire on my way to work. You can imagine the mood you're in when your plans get completely derailed. It seems like a small thing, but it really throws you off schedule. Norm didn't hesitate to help and did everything quickly and professionally. But here is what’s really important, guys: with just one phrase, Norm lifted my spirits for the entire day! I also want to mention his attention to detail. He gave me a few brand-new lug nuts for my spare tire absolutely free; I highly doubt other shops would even notice something like that. On top of that, I think he specifically stayed late at the shop just to hand over my car, since I get off work late. I don't know about you, but it felt incredibly nice. My first experience here was just perfect! If Norm doesn't mind working on my old Suzuki, I will gladly keep coming back to him. Thank you so much, Norm!
I highly recommend this repair facility. I recently had some major work done on my vehicle, including a full engine replacement, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about this shop, especially the owner, Norm. Pricing was fair and competitive, and at no point did I feel like I was being upsold or charged for unnecessary parts. It is rare to find an owner this hands on and genuinely invested in doing right by their customers. If you want an honest shop led by someone you can truly trust, this is the place to go.
I have been taking my truck here since I moved to Edmonton in 2019. Norm and his team have always gone above and beyond when I brought my truck in for servicing. Many times going out of there way to find solutions that have saved me thousands of dollars. They are honest and up front with what's needs to be done to your vehicle. Won't take my truck anywhere else.
Absolute awesome customer service! Had a nail stuck in my tire, they were able to squeeze me in same day and when I came back to pick it up after taking the dogs for a walk, they said it was on the house. What a sweet surprise . Highly recommend these guys!
