I recently brought my vehicle in for a repair and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable. The work was completed promptly, and my vehicle has been running perfectly since the repair. I appreciated their honesty, fair pricing, and attention to detail. It's refreshing to find a shop that values customer service and quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again for the excellent service!
Highly recommend this shop! After having my brakes replaced elsewhere, I booked a wheel alignment and was told it couldn't be performed because my vehicle supposedly needed rear upper control arms and a tie rod end replaced. I was quoted approximately $1,300 for the repairs. Wanting a second opinion, I brought my vehicle here. The team took the time to properly inspect it and explain their findings. They advised that the wear on the rear upper control arms was normal for my type of vehicle and not something that required replacement at this time. They did confirm that one tie rod end needed to be replaced, but they were still able to complete the wheel alignment without issue. The total came to just $350 for the repair and alignment. More importantly, I felt like I was given honest, transparent information rather than being sold unnecessary work. It's refreshing to find a shop that values integrity and takes the time to explain things clearly. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive service.
I have been using Tire Capital for a couple of years now. They are always great to deal with. Most recently, I thought they had misplaced my tire lock key. When I called, they didn’t have it, but asked me to come over. I was getting tires installed and while they didn’t have a key to help, they said they would cover all costs. My dealership had already closed and I went home, hoping to get it resolved the following day. I ended up finding my key, it wasn’t their issue at all. I went back the next day, tail between my legs, an apology and donuts in hand. They swapped my tires and told me I didn’t need to pay. I refused, we settled up and went on my way. I will recommend them always. They’re honest and trustworthy.
Great guys here! Fast, attentive, and great customer service. Goes over and above. We use them for all our work vehicles and personal vehicles. You can trust Capital Tire.
I came in on a saturday morning to get 4 rims for my new vehicle for summer. I had picked out a few and then worked with the guys there to see what was in stock and available. It was seconds literally and i found the ones i wanted. They installed them right then and the pricing was unreal. I will definately be back to support this local business with all my tire/wheel needs. Great customer service
