This was a very nice, modern, and bright cafe spot! I had the Blue Ocean Ade and Matcha Cream Cheese cookie and enjoyed it, especially with how sunny and hot the day was when I stopped by😊 I sat by the bar and saw how the coffee was made with special beans in a vial, and it smelled really good. I looked online and it seems they have a bean subscription and latte art classes, which is nice for any coffee enthusiasts out there!☕️🫘 I will be back to try other things on the menu, in particular the Banana Hojicha Einspänner and the regular Einspänner! Thank you for a great experience😊
Excellent coffee shop with very good coffee and friendly staff. It can be very busy at times so there will be a wait to get your drink. Finding a place to sit can also be a problem at times. Parking is a challenge because the lot is very small and some stalls are reserved by the other businesses. Parking on the side street and walking is a good option.
One of the best matcha spots in Edmonton! Their drinks are so rich in flavour and don’t taste watered down at all. Both the matcha and the banana hojiicha einspanner are amazing and worth trying!
All I can say is the best Late I have ever had hands down in my life. Had there Liberta Late. Sounds a bit weird with peanut butter. But it was amazing. You get a hint of peanut butter. But blends in beautifully and perfectly with everything else. Ritch and cherished every last sip. I am going to say this place is not cheap. But you get a actual honest artisan coffee or Late. And while I may not be able to afford to go here all the time. You can bet it is a solid treat worth going back for as often as I can. Super nice space. Amazingly friendly staff. And I look forward to trying more of there offerings soon ! And yes even if you live a ways a way. I guarantee this place is worth a drive too! You will not be disappointed! This is not just a cute looking coffee place. These people and all the staff care and put love into everything they make. You can see it and taste it!
Liberta makes some of the best coffee in Canada. Their olive candy latte is genius—an unexpected flavour blend that creates an incredibly savoury, rich, and well-balanced drink. Their beans are roasted in-house, and it shows: both their regular and decaf espresso are excellent. (Their decaf espresso is actually *surprisingly* excellent; it is genuinely very tasty without the odd sourness or bitterness that most decaf has!) Also well worth a try at Liberta: their basque cheesecake. It slaps so hard and I am here for it.
