We three had drinks and two treats about 2 pm on a Tuesday. It was very busy inside. A kind "laptop" gentleman moved to a small eating bar so we could sit at a table. (the plugs at every table encourage laptop visitors!). They do have patio seating outside a back door. Service was fast, extremely friendly, and professional. We had a latte, two pour-over coffees, a cheddar/jalapeno corn muffin and a mango croissant. All were delivered to our table. All were excellent. The pour-overs (Jamie Nunez coffee) were so outstanding we bought a bag! We very highly recommend this coffee house.
I really enjoy visiting the Colombian Cafe. The staff are always very welcoming, respectful, and friendly, which makes the atmosphere feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I also really like the decoration and layout of the cafe. As an introvert, I especially appreciate the semi-private, cube-like seating areas where I can sit comfortably, study, or read a book while enjoying my coffee. Having an outlet right beside the seat is also such a thoughtful and convenient detail, especially when I need to work or study for a while. It’s a cozy, peaceful place that I genuinely enjoy spending time in.
Delicious coffee, and the latte art was impressive. There wasn't a ton of options for flavours or syrups. They keep it pretty standard. I went for a vanilla latte and a plain latte. We didn't have the opportunity to try any of the food as it was a quick pop in. It was packed! On a Wednesday at 10am no seats were available. Thank goodness my friend came early and snagged a bench in the back. The staff was friendly and brought our drinks out to us rather than calling us up to the front to grab them. An obvious neighbourhood favourite, many people have told me to come check it out and I am glad I did! 5 stars, the atmosphere in the Colombian was lively and reminded me of being in Montreal. Go have a coffee. Now!
The Colombian never disappoints! They have consistently amazing coffee and delicious little treats, not to mention how amazing the staff is! Truly the sweetest, most accommodating and kind bunch of people working there. The vibe is also immaculate, sometimes it can be a bit tricky to find seating, but still worth it to make the trip down!
Lovely local cafe! I’m happy to have found this spot. Coffee/drinks: I’ve pretty much ordered everything off the menu at this point. I’ve never been disappointed! 5/5 Service: stellar service every time I’ve visited. No complaints 5/5 Food: I’ve tried a variety of baked goods (croissants, muffins, cookies). All quite good 4/5 Atmosphere: beautiful, warm interior. Welcoming vibe. Just wish there was more space/seating!! 5/5
