Exceptional powerlifting studio—private, well-equipped, and ideal for focused training. The coaching is both highly knowledgeable and encouraging, making it an excellent choice for beginners and/or anyone who prefers a more personalized workout environment. Highly recommended.
Extremely detailed one on one training from an experienced trainer. Peter focuses solely on your goals, and will help you in any way he can. I have benefited greatly as a beginner in the gym, and have learned how to safely execute all beginner movements such as squats and deadlifts. Overall great experience and an amazing trainer.
Peter was firm, knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and motivating! His personal training program changed my life and my body. He pushed me to work hard- resulting in huge changes in my mind and body! With him coaching me I crushed goal after goal and now I’m stronger, faster and leaner since training with him. The man is a killer and if you want results he’s your trainer!
I have been working with Peter since Jan 31 2024 on nutrition training, and to say the least it has been the best training I have received from anyone. I have managed to lose 50lbs with his aid and still losing more. The program he has me on and weekly check ins are very easy to follow. I would recommend this program to anyone not happy with their weight. It’s the best decision I have made!!!
Peter as a coach/personal trainer has been one of the best choices I have ever made. He brings his experience of leadership and knowledge to every session. He helps with goals and definitely inspires you to your highest potential. First he was an easy pick, i wanted someone to push me, challenge me and know my limits before I did, in my mind alot to ask for, but he checked the boxes. What surprised me was his knowledge of nutrition, diet, and a healthy daily lifestyle. Starting with Peter, I set out goals that were easily achieved. He made every workout enjoyable, even when it was hard. He made me more confident in my workouts and the ability to navagate them. My biggest achievement with Peter was getting out of my comfort zone and learning how to lift, squat and press with a bar, now I cant Imagine how not lifting. I never thought I could enjoy a challenge as much as I do now, knowing proper technique and feeling safe doing lifts, squats and presses. Peter has also helped me in two other ways. I am a 43 year old women, and most know what that means. I was going through a lot and never stop to think that it could also be my hormones. Peter and I talked about it and he suggested a facility that could help with balancing my hormones. Again, his wealth of knowledge. Peter has helped so much, and I have learned that weather you are male or female, your hormones definitely need to be in check to be healthy and strong. Second, I Injured my back a few weeks ago and was worried how to continue with our sessions. I already know he takes injuries very seriously. What I didn't know was how he could help me. Peter reassured me on taking my time and over the last few weeks, He has helped me feel more confident getting back to normal while he focused on midigating my injury. Now back on track I am feeling just as confident as ever. I can not express how amazing Peter is as a coach/ personal trainer. You are Definitely getting so much more then what you expect.
