Loved checking out Cycle bar! Their style is really great and different from my home studio but I loved the variety. Will be back when I’m in town again!

Absolutely love this place. Ashely gives the best workouts and the variety of music she has is pretty awesome as well. I started coming here for my mental health and fitness postpartum. And it feels amazing every time I go. Now I’m using this to fuel my training to start running for the mighty millions run.

CycleBar St. Albert has truly been a game changer for me. I had been struggling to find the motivation to move my body, but after my first class, I was hooked. Every instructor brings their own energy and style, keeping things fresh and fun. The playlists are always on point, and the themed rides are hands-down my favourite part. They make every workout feel like a party. It’s also a great way to connect with friends and feel part of a supportive community. From the moment you walk through the doors, the team is incredibly welcoming. The environment is both empowering and inclusive. They push you to give it your all, but also remind you to honour your own pace and do what feels right for you.

I have been a member at CycleBar St. Albert since 2021 and I have not a single negative thing to say about it. As soon as you walk into the studio you are always greeted with a smile and warmth from the front staff. Everything is always organized and clean and your shoes and locker are always setup before every ride. In addition, the workout and strength that you gain from just one class is absolutely worth the membership fees. There is truly something for everyone here as they offer multiple class styles for a variety of different experience types and personal "wants" out of a workout. Lastly, I have made some lifelong friendship's with the staff and other members that I have met here at CB and that wouldn't be possible without the inclusivity, dedication and kindness that this space brings. I highly highly recommend.

I just went for the first time tonight. It was such a great vibe from when I walked in the door to the finish line. I was surprised at how rad it was! The 2 ladies on either side of me were so helpful too! Ashley was just spectacular. I can't say enough good things about her. I'm excited to meet the rest of the crew!

Keep exploring
