I can’t say enough amazing things about CrossFit Seven ! From the moment you walk in, it is clear that this gym is so much more than a place to work out — it’s a *community*. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping every member succeed, no matter their fitness level. I never feel out of place. What makes CrossFit Seven truly special is the inclusive environment. Everyone is welcomed, encouraged, and celebrated. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, you feel like you belong here. The atmosphere is positive, motivating, and full of people who lift each other up — literally and figuratively! 💪 The programming is challenging but adaptable, the coaching is top-notch, and the sense of camaraderie keeps me coming back every week. I especially love the women’s strength class! It’s the kind of place where you push yourself harder than you thought possible while being surrounded by people who cheer you on every step of the way. If you’re looking for a gym that builds strength, confidence, and friendships, CrossFit Seven is the place to be. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of this community! 🖤🔥

This gym has awesome owners and is filled with an awesome community to match! I actually started here alone, but the small, close-knit feel made it so easy to build genuine relationships right away. The coaching is detailed, honest, and incredibly encouraging. I never feel judged or like I’m in the wrong; the coaches are truly invested in teaching you the movements correctly and safely. I came in wanting to learn how to lift weights better and be better conditioned for sports and races. There are many WOD times, so staying consistent has been easy. I’ve been committed for six weeks now, going 2–3 times a week, and I have never felt better. It has truly made a massive difference in my life!

Super welcoming, friendly, and challenging CrossFit gym! I was hesitant to try CrossFit because it’s always held the intimidating and culty reputation, but I promise you CrossFit Seven doesn’t have those vibes. Instructors are all stellar, knowledgeable, mega cool legends who know how to instruct AND motivate, and the other gym-goers are encouraging and truly next-level. Looking for a cool CrossFit gym to join? I’d suggest looking no further 😎

I’ve been training at CrossFit Seven for a bit now and it’s been a great experience. The programming is challenging but actually makes sense, and I’ve been seeing real progress in my lifts and overall fitness. The coaches take the time to help you improve and dial things in, which goes a long way. That said… I guess you can have too much fun while simultaneously dying. I came in expecting to casually lift some weights and maybe break a light sweat. Instead, I was handed a battle plan and thrown into what can only be described as the Hunger Games of fitness. If you enjoy friendly torture disguised as WODs, constant encouragement from overly enthusiastic coaches who somehow remember your name (seriously, how?), and the strange satisfaction of not being unable to walk up stairs the next day-this is your place. Also, beware… you might accidentally make friends. What a disaster. Will absolutely be back tomorrow.

I had an amazing drop in experience here. I have a disability and the coach had no problem scaling the workout to something manageable but still challenging for me. I highly recommend this box to anyone who is interested in Crossfit or building a supportive community.
