Love this gym. The people who work here are some of my favourite gym employees ever. Plus the people who go here are super nice. Lots of space. So coming here when its busy or with other people is great. I kinda wish there were more mirrors in the gym to like check my form. But that's kinda a non issue. Overall great gym. Especially for powerlifting.
Overall it's a really great gym more focused on free weights than all the machines. I am giving it only 4 stars because of the parking situation. They don't have any reserved spots for evolve but all the neighbouring businesses do so when it's busy it's a nightmare to figure out where you are allowed to park.
An excellent facility (shown here setup for an Olympic lifting competition) with lots of space and high quality equipment. There are a full range of services available from physio, to massage, to sports psychology, nutrition counseling, and of course coaching. The staff are helpful and courteous. I recommend this gym for those looking for something more than a commercial gym environment.
Love the high ceilings here! Just makes the gym seem so much bigger. All equipment is top-of-the-line and there is plenty of space to do anything you want. Parking is always plentiful as well. Only drawback is that most times I've been here, there are very few people working out, so that can leave the atmosphere lacking some energy.. but there's always a ton of equipment available.
Here at the Grit Power Open supporting my granddaughter in her competition. Huge gym with amazing equipmet
