Fuss Art of Hair

I trusted the reviews and went but wouldn't recommend to people with thick Indian hair. My layers can barely be seen since they were cut so thin in the front. It was also styled very poorly where you couldn't see the layers and it looked like you came out of the shower and somewhat blowdried. The people were nice but the wash and cut in general was not as expected and took 2 whole hours to do. I still have split ends because my hair was not fully trimmed properly. Not worth the time and money. If you're reading this and have success anywhere else in Edmonton with similar hair like me, please feel free to share! I went to get a haircut with Gina, not really having a style in mind but with the request that we find something that suits my face shape, and the level of maintenance/styling that I’m comfortable working with. She nailed all of it- now I have a cut that is stylish with little effort, exactly what I wanted! She is great at fitting in a bang trim on short notice as well.

Gina cut my hair for a pretty big transformation - over 12 inches off for a waist to collarbone length cut! She did a fantastic job looking at my folder of references photos and coming up with a style that worked with my hair type while still looking how I had imagined it. I had a great time and really good experience. The new location is also in a nice area!

Followed my stylist Carrie to Fuss & I am glad that she made the move. As I walked into the salon for the first time, I loved how airy, bright & welcoming it is and it has a great view of the river valley. Went for a blowout for my first visit as I needed product. Carrie did a great job of my hair and I am very happy with my Sacha Juan moisturizing shampoo & conditioner. Have already booked my next visit. I recommend Fuss and the Sacha Juan product line to everyone.

I really enjoyed going to Fuss over the past year! Yesterday, Melissa did a fantastic job of correcting a really bad impulse haircut that I had received earlier in the week. She is very talented at both colouring and cutting hair and I always leave feeling great. I also find her really kind and easy to talk to. I have also had Amy cut and colour my hair and she is really wonderful too! I highly recommend them both. Great place with creative stylists!
