I have been going to this lady for the past 5+ years to get my eyebrows threaded. My sister and my mother also go to her. She has just recently opened this place up as her own. I have never had a bad experience, she strives for great detail and making your eyebrows look immaculate. I highly recommend stopping by, you will not be disappointed, possibly even become a life long customer like myself! Ps. The brow place is on the top floor of the shoppers drug marg building complex, inside the citizen salon. The entrance is on the north side of the building, see attached pictures for further clarification.

The gal who completed my brow and upper lip threading service was pleasant but once I got home I realized she removed almost the entire 'tail' end of my right brow. Thankfully I have microblading so there is some semblance of an eyebrow there while I wait the however long until the hair grows back. She did not take the time to map out my brows either before beginning the service, just jumped right in and started removing hair. Nor did she bother to soothe the skin afterward or brush away any of the loose hairs all over my face once the threading was completed. I've just relocated to Edmonton and am on the hunt for the type of professional and relaxing experience (like an eyebrow massage with aloe!) I had for many many years while living in the lower mainland, unfortunately the result from my service here is terrible. Price was expensive for such a rushed and shoddy job.

Love this place! Sepideh does such a great job with my eyebrows and tinting. Can always trust they will turn out perfect. She’s always on time and the vibes in the studio are so cute. Recommend her services 100%

Sepideh is very talented! She does an amazing job threading, and is very knowledgeable. Even when she is super busy she still brings a calm, relaxing vibe. She knows exactly what looks best and truly is amazing at what she does! Can’t recommend her enough!!
