The ladies were very kind. Check in was quick and easy. I would have liked to see some photos of eyebrows first before telling Kiranbir what I was expecting for a final look. It would have been helpful to see the different shades too. At first, it was a bit shocking to see how dark and full my eyebrows looked, and Kiranbir was good when I asked her to make them less full and thin them out more. She explained that the color will fade after 24 hours. it was the first time I had my eyebrows laminated so I didn't really know what to expect. I would come back to have them tinted again, now that I understand the process a bit more. I will also have a photo so the technician can refer to the look I would like to achieve. One thing that was not good was a flickering light bulb in the ceiling. It was very hard on my eyes and when I mentioned it to Kiranbir, she moved me to a different chair. I appreciated that. Overall, nice ambiance, very clean and the staff were kind. I will come again.

Got my eyebrows done at Kurves and I’m honestly so happy with the results! The shape is perfect and super natural, exactly what I wanted. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. Clean space, great service, and amazing results. Definitely coming back!

Staff showed great attention to detail! The entire process went by smoothly and everything was explained very thoroughly. I had a pleasant experience. Staff was very accommodating not only to me but to my child as well.
