Olivia is amazing! She is extremely talented and knows exactly what she is doing. She allows for your input on what you want in an eyebrow, but also shares her thoughts about how the shaping etc should look to compliment your facial features. She wants you to feel confident in your brows and you achieve this by the shape that best suits your face. She is lovely and takes a keen interest in the topics you discuss as you get your brows done. She makes sure you are comfortable and asks continually if everything is feeling good throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her! I cannot wait to continue my brow experience and journey with her!
