I had the most amazing service at Active Physio Works. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Ed was my Physiotherapist and I can't thank him enough for his support, knowledge and compassion. He is an incredible therapist and I truly credit my recovery to his unwavering motivation and positivity following an ETS bus accident I had a few months ago.

Ed was amazing to work with! I had some hip issues, and he was wonderful at breaking down exercises, stretches, and techniques to support my needs. He is easy going, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely goes above and beyond. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain the reasons behind each exercise, which made everything much easier to understand and follow.

After seeing no less than 3 other medical professionals regarding knee pain and doing everything else I could think of myself, I finally reached out to a rehab information line and was given a referral to physio. I chose this one as it was accessable to me travelling by bus. My knee hurt so badly, I'd even invested in a walker thinking unhappily that this was my new normal. I saw Ed and he was able to not only diagnose accurately the problem but offered a solution that involved 2 simple stretches and my walker sits idle thank goodness. I'd recommend this site without any hesitancy to anyone with similar issues.

Had an appointment today for a strained upper back muscle, with Ed. His student (sorry, forgot her name) was amazing. She did a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. Felt so much better after that!!! Thank you!!!!

Massage Therapist Megan noticed symptoms of TMJ, she has special training, and brought it to my attention. In a short time, I was able to coordinate holistic treatment with my dentist and other healthcare providers!
