I have been receiving physiotherapy at this clinic, and my experience has been very positive. Rojita Thapa is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She explains each exercise clearly, answers my questions, and takes the time to ensure i understand my treatment plan. The clinic staff are friendly, and scheduling appointments has been smooth. I am grateful for the care and support provided so far by the team.
I had a serious quadriceps tendon rupture injury this past summer that required an invasive surgery and a long rehabilitation recovery period. Choosing a clinic for my rehabilitation was no easy task and not something I took lightly. I had known a few people who saw Bryson Yee at Stride Sports and Physiotherapy clinic in Crystallina Nera and they raved about him. Considering this feedback, I chose Bryson as my physiotherapist as well. He was fantastic from start to finish throughout the six months I attended treatment with him. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and he is up to date on modern medicine and treatment protocols. His calm demeanor, friendly approach, master active/reflective listening skills, and consistent reassurance throughout my recovery, was truly invaluable. I highly recommend choosing him as your physiotherapist as he made my recovery a smooth process and without his guidance, I am not sure I would have made the gains I made with my mobility. Lastly, the front end and support staff at this clinic are also extremely friendly, warm and welcoming.
I’ve had a great experience here. Harinder He is very knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about recovery. He took the time to understand my injury and guided me through exercises that actually made a difference. I’m feeling much better thanks to his support. Highly recommended.
I had a very severe back pain and couldn't walk or bend. My wife recommended stride because of her past experience. I visited stride for the first time and Suraj Phuyal was the one who assisted me through the exercises and explained to me what could be happening and helped with exercises. I left the place feeling much better than before. Thanks so much for the assurance and looking forward to a fully recovery.
Suraj was amazing, very attentive, actively listened to my concerns and was able to suggest exercises and treatment that made me feel better. Very professional all round and made me comfortable. First time at Stride Sports and am happy with the service I received. Would definitely highly recommend.
