The staff always makes us feel comfortable and takes the time to listen to our concerns. We really appreciate the care and attention we receive from the entire team. I came with my mid back pain and I am not sure the treatment works and with a doubt I went to physiotherapy. OMG I have wonderful experience and my physiotherapist Sonu gave me attention and explained all kinds of ways with a good treat plan and exercise. Staff is so friendly and very helpful. Sai helped me with my benefits too I would recommend north Edmonton to all

Had to do a double review, just to state how great this place is. I went in with some severe pain. Not only from a car accident, but from falling down my stairs, and Excelsior made me feel better than I thought I ever would. Amazing staff, welcomes you in with a smile on their faces. They listen to your concerns and they act on them. The massage therapists are both amazing women as well 🙏🏾 they care about helping you and about their job, and it shows 🙏🏾 I highlyyyy recommend this place for people who are looking. Don't settle for a place where they dont care about you and your health, there are people who do!!!! Like Excelsior does :)

I’ve had a really great experience with my physiotherapy sessions. The therapist was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve seen noticeable improvement in my condition and feel much more confident in my recovery. The clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone needing quality care

Sonu is compassionate and knowledgeable. The front desk lady is also so kind, and always acknowledges you. They are extremely timely with appointments, I barely wait 3 mins to get in! Love this physiotherapy clinic. They have calming music too :) thanks for your work!
