Eric Franks was my physio therapist for a little longer than three months. I sprained my knee and needed to play a tournament for volleyball in two months. Eric was able to help me recover stronger than what I thought was possible in the time frame. He's very professional and an amazing physiotherapist. He makes sure you are comfortable and has the best excersises to strengthen the muscles and limbs. He's very easy to talk to and makes every appointment enjoyable, even when there's little progress made. Truly an amazing experience and a great professional, 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much for helping me recover!
Location: Bright with lots of natural light, well maintained, comfortable, and pretty quiet even with multiple people being treated. Admin: Friendly and helpful. Booking was a piece of cake, and they even register your parking for you which is a nice touch. They can directly bill insurance. Provider: I saw Mariah for physio for my neck and back, and if I could give 6 stars I would. She is very friendly, authentic, and overall just a cool human. She has a calming presence, which is a great trait to have in a physio context. In addition to the prescribed physical support I also received some meaningful emotional support that was greatly appreciated. The physio was high quality. I did several assessment movements that I have not been asked to do by other physiotherapists, and she told me exactly which muscles were struggling and explained the relevant anatomy to me. I was provided with a large number of exercises that did make a difference and I recovered quickly. I attribute some of the quick recovery to it not feeling like she was going through the motions, and each session consisted almost entirely of manual manipulation and pressure, which helped work out troubled spots and knots in the span of a single session. I literally asked how to describe it to a massage therapist so I could replicate the experience outside of an injury context. 10/10 would recommend Mariah and this clinic.
I want to express my sincerest gratitude on Nilam! She is a kind-hearted physiotherapist who knows how to listen to her client and help them recover as best as she can with different ways she finds appropriate. I would also like to thank the staff of this place as they always greet you with a smile as soon as you arrive at the facility. They are awesome and welcoming! :)
I’m so grateful for this clinic! Mariah has been incredible in helping me recover after two accidents and manage the ongoing strain from it. I feel such relief in each visit. The receptionist and clinic is warm and welcoming, and the coffee and hot chocolate are such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!
