I’ve been going to the bridge for the past couple years for many different treatments and have always had a great experience with all the physiotherapists I seen. I recently switched to the St. Albert location since Lisa is back from maternity leave. Lisa has been amazing to me over the years and so helpful. She is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and so helpful. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I’m so happy she’s back. The new location is beautiful, clean and easy to get to. The front staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend going here!

The Bridge is 100% the best place to for physiotherapy, chiropractor, massage and more! I’ve been to multiple of their locations and they all have exceptional service. This new St. Albert location has the friendliest and most caring staff. I see Jordan Biggs for physio and couldn’t say enough good things about him!! He’s super knowledgeable, explains your injuries and rehab clearly, tailors your program to your life, goals, and activities, and you can tell he really cares!

I highly recommend The Bridge. Lisa has been my go to physiotherapist for many years at the Sherwood Park locations. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her patients. Lisa is the kindest person and truly cares about your recovery. I've gladly followed her to the new St. Albert location. It's conveniently located just off the Anthony Henday. The beautiful new clinic is very welcoming with it's friendly, helpful staff.

My 9-year-old son has been working with Mila for the past few months, and the experience has been amazing. He genuinely looks forward to every session. The facility is brand new and incredibly well set up, creating a positive and motivating environment for kids. Mila’s workout plans are excellent — they’re engaging, well thought out, and tailored to his needs. She is patient, supportive, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain things in a way he understands. We’ve seen great progress already, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who truly cares about her clients and loves what she does.

Had a really great experience at The Bridge. Jordan took the time to assess and clearly explain my injury, along with the plan to get me back to sport. The treatment was more dynamic and performance-focused than what I’ve experienced at other clinics. I also really appreciated working with the strength coach, Mila. My sessions with her were focused on what I needed to work on, which made a big difference. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a collaborative, performance-driven rehab experience.
