It's no surprise why this clinic has so many 5 star reviews. It's evident they truly care about their customers. From the cozy slides offered at the front to the cleanliness of the waiting area to the AMAZING front end staff. I'm honestly so impressed. I just saw the hygienist for my first appointment but wow. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic and I'll definitely be going here for all future dental needs. My hygienist was so friendly yet professional and very gentle. I felt comfortable the entire time and truly cared for. I've been looking for a new dental clinic for a while now and am happy I took the chance on Albany Dental. Thanks all!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The girls at the reception desk were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I walked in, and the whole space was exceptionally clean and beautifully kept. I also loved the plants and thoughtful decor throughout the office, which made it feel calm and inviting. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable, and the dentist was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, the entire team provided excellent care, and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

Albany dental has been one of my more enjoyable dental experiences in a long time. Josephine has easily become my go to Dental Hygenist and makes me feel comfortable and cared for. She understands that my depression hinders me from taking care of my teeth well and i don't feel judged or lectured by her, only well informed and that she wants the best for my oral health. Dr. La is also very personable and nice. The technology/upgrades this office has and the TV on the ceiling is also a huge plus! I would recommend coming here for a regular cleaning :)

This was my first time visiting Albany Dental. I had a wonderful experience with the first two staff members. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing—very gentle, friendly, and highly patient with me. The second staff member who took my X-rays was also incredibly polite and welcoming.However, my experience with the third person (the doctor) was a bit disappointing. I am sharing this feedback here so management and the clinic team can address this internally to improve her overall attitude toward patients.
