We had a great experience with Dr. Mohammad. I took my daughter there, and he was very patient, professional, and caring with her throughout the visit. He made her feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciate the care he provided and would definitely recommend him to others.

I was very disappointed with my experience. Instead of making people come in and then finding out after the appointment that their treatment isn’t covered, Jenan at the front desk should be verifying insurance coverage before patients arrive. It is frustrating and a waste of people’s time to complete an appointment only to discover that the treatment was not covered. What made the situation worse was the attitude. Jenan came across as if she knew everything regarding my coverage, but the information she provided ended up being incorrect. Rather than speaking with certainty when unsure, staff should really be taking the time to verify information. Rather than flirting with the patients, she should be checking insurance coverage and providing correct information before the treatment even begins. Because of the way I was treated by her, I will not be returning to this dental office nor would I recommend it to anyone.

LOVE this dental clinic! Recently moved from Toronto to Edmonton. This clinic is beautiful, welcoming and front desk staff is lovely. Yasmine and Dr. Mohammed were amazing, pain free cleaning and great feedback to help me with my dental health. Thanks to the whole team and am actually looking forward to going back for my next appointment!

My hygienist is really kind and I love her, so for her i’d give 5 stars. But this dentist office really needs to work on their professionalism. The receptionists are very gossipy and will whisper and giggle back and forth as you are standing there. I’m not so self absorbed to assume it is about me, but as someone with anxiety it is an uncomfortable experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Griesbach Family Dental. The entire team was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain every step, which really put me at ease. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit and were incredibly patient and caring, especially with children. The office is clean, welcoming, and truly family-friendly. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and provide high-quality dental care for all ages. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent, trustworthy dental care.
