Auto Space and Tire Center Ltd.

One of the most knowledgeable mechanic. I came in just for an alignment but Nav pointed out some other pertinent work that needed and went over and above to get it done. The team here knows what they are doing. Will visit again and recommend for sure.

I've been working on vehicles for over 30 years, so I know what to look for in a good mechanic and a shop you can actually trust. After trying several alignment and tire shops around Edmonton, I can honestly say this is the best one I've been to. The customer service is outstanding, and everyone there is friendly, honest, and professional, something that's getting harder and harder to find these days.... They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, never try to upsell you on things you don't need, and make sure you're comfortable with the work being done. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxed atmosphere, which makes the whole experience even better. If I could give this shop 10 stars out of 5, I absolutely would. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an alignment, tires, or honest automotive service. This is the kind of business that deserves your support, and I'll definitely be coming back.

My son had some previous "Work" done at another shop, while i was away at work. He mentioned after the work that his wheels were screeching going around corners and his tires were wearing quickly. Booked him in over at Auto space and paid ahead of time, When Nav took a look at his truck he found numerous issues that prevented him from being able to do the alignment, He showed my son everything and explained what needed to be done. He promptly refunded me and explained why he couldnt do it. Finding an Honest, Straightforward and helpful technician like this is rare these days and i say that as a heavy duty tech myself. If you need some work done Auto Space is the place to go, I highly recommend them as a technician myself its refreshing to find someone else that actually cares about his work and customers.

Pride and precision. These are the best words I can use to describe Nav. (Good enough or close enough) does not exist in Nav's vocabulary. I have never met a mechanic who treats my car as if it was his own pride and joy. Never happy until it's perfect. I have finally found someone who lives by old school beliefs. Total customer satisfaction and keeping the customer very well informed. I would love to leave 10 stars but I can't.

I have the worst experience with them after 2 days appointment I visit for wheel alignment they did not do anything and charge me 80 $ without discussing they did the inspection and make a fake report. After that I have changed my vehicle s part which they mentioned in report the inner tie road but it was 100 good no pley in it . And then they said for tire change which I not changed at every step they miss guided and asking just for money making things. Next day I booked with other automotive service and they give me very cheap prices and no issues they done my vehicle and no tires change and everything is good. They auto space is just grab your money and nothing to do. They just want the car owner to pay them 1000 $ bills near about if he just said anything. Please be careful to go there specially the uber guys don’t go there and save your money and vehicle from them .
