Brought my cat (Tavis) in for a lump I noted a few days ago and the team was absolutely fantastic. They have been so supportive during this time of worry and fear. The lump had an aspiration done to rule out cancerous cells and the team was also able to do his teeth at the same time as the lump removal. They are a phenomenal team and are so so so amazing with advocating, educating, supporting all my needs and question. This team is one of the best I have experience and i encourage other pet owners to seek out this team. Thank you so very much for supporting me and my fur baby🤍

The entire staff here is amazing- caring, attentive, and kind. They always address my concerns, discuss with me what's necessary care for my senior dog, and don't push or upsell anything. Been coming here since 2021 and previously saw Dr. Littlejohn. For the last year we've seen Dr. Bath and he is phenomenal. The clinic has had a ton of upgrades- they can run diagnostics and get results in 20 minutes. Even though we have moved up north we still make trips down to Edmonton for vet visits because of the outstanding care this team provides. Extra bonus: 2SLGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈

I get the most incredible service here! I have been coming to this clinic for 8 years. I live right in the building, they are my neighbours! Evie (rough collie) and I come everyday for a visit 😂 (she gets treats); my previous dog & cats received fantastic care. It's not JUST because I live so close that I come here- they really feel like family.

When I heard that Dr. Littlejohn was retiring and had sold the practice, I was apprehensive. I needn't have worried! My little kitty boy developed a tumour that had to be removed and Dr. Bath stepped right up. I got an excellent explanation of the procedure and a written quote. Communication was very quick and compassionate. The surgery went well! I highly recommend this clinic for high quality care at a moderate price. The whole team is fabulous!

I cannot thank Dr. Littlejohn and his team for the extraordinary care of my dog Stella, who was diagnosed with Cushing's syndrome through the hospital's services. For the last 2 years, she was the only dog at the hospital being treated with this debilitating illness. Instead of this being a barrier, it presented an opportunity for our vet to collaborate with other veterinarians outside of Canada to ensure Stella received the best care and treatment. I adopted my Boston Terrier, Stella, in 2019 and am grateful that, from her first checkup to her crossing the rainbow bridge on March 26, Blue Cross has been there. No one is prepared for euthanasia, and this was my first dog. But after several phone conversations with the hospital, I knew that at the end of her life, Stella had to be with people who knew her the best. I never worked with Dr. Bath before he took over the practice recently, but seeing him carefully tuck my dog in a blanket and gently carry her away after her passing convinced me that Dr. Littlejohn has left the clinic in very good hands. Thank you for supporting me through my journey with Stella. I appreciate you all.
