Highly recommend Dr. Kayla! She was extremely patient, thorough, and considered all possible causes for my cat’s condition. I really appreciated how careful and thoughtful she was with medication, making sure the treatment plan was safe and appropriate. I felt very reassured by her professionalism and kindness.

I have 4 dogs , honestly all of them have no real problems going to see the Doctor Haas. She is absolutely fantastic with my dogs My one dog happens to be excited to go. 2 were booked in for vaccination and she took the 3rd one with no issues at all. Thank you for accommodating us , and of course them. You are greatly appreciated.

All staff are very caring and empathetic. We have had our dogs seeing Dr. Wells and she is absolutely 💯!!! Doesn't order unnecessary tests and is very efficient in getting answers as quickly as possible. We recently had our senior dog in for a Uti and then about 2 days later lost our rabbit 🐇to unknown causes . We phoned about cremation services and came in within 1 hr with our bunny. Both situations were made much easier due to all staffs caring nature!! We cant thank you enough.

We took our two one year old kittens to this vet for vaccinations. It was just shy of 500$ The vet was pretty good. I find the vets are not as thorough in Alberta with their physical examination of the animals as in Ontario but still.. I would have given a 5 star however when I called the front desk they advised what would be done at the appointment apparently nail clippings were included and neither pets nails was clipped. If the service is included it should be done Im sure it would've been worked into the charge.

We have been using Hermitage Vet for over 40 years. During that time the doctors and staff have turned over a number of times, BUT the care of our pets has always been top notch. The staff, from the receptionist to the medical assistants are always friendly and answer any questions you have. You can tell that the doctors care for and want what's best for your pet. Highly recommend them and will continue to rely them for the care of our pack.
