Citadel Dental

I recently switched my dentist to Citadel Dental after being with other dentist’s for more than 30 years. I can say this has been the best experience ever. The office is beautiful. The technology used is top notch, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly, Leeza (dental hygienist) was so thorough and friendly and made sure I watched a program that I liked while she did an amazing job on my teeth, and Dr. MacDonald was so knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. The experience was amazing! I made the right choice to switch!

This was my first visit to Citadel Dental. I came in for a chipped front tooth. The front of store staff are very personable and were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, ladies! Dental assistant Bree was attentive and smooth with the tools. This is important to me and I appreciate it. Dr Melonie was very good and did a great job with the filling. She shaped it well to match what I had lost, good colour match and no rough edges. Very professional overall! Thanks Bree & Dr Melonie for asking about my comfort during the entire process! I appreciate that a lot! I was impressed with the modern equipment and that after they used the X-ray cannon, etc, things were wiped down right away. Based on my excellent experience, I'm making Citadel Dental my new dental go-to!

My emergency appointment with Dr Mel and her team was amazing and the outcome was nothing less than miraculous. In two hours,I had a broken (at the base)tooth rebuilt and an adjoining tooth replaced. All with no pain, alot of care and a bit of humour. Her skills and knowledge are beyond amazing. Completed with a wonderful visit with Andrea who cleaned and polished. What a wonderful visit with an Awsome Team at Citadel Dental. Love you all!!!! Jerry

Amazing care. I'm a new client and before my first appointment I experience a access on Friday night. On Tuesday at 9:00 I had an appointment. After the x-rays & assessment I had an appointment for surgery & a prescription for antibiotics. I'm so very grateful. Thank you, May Smith
