Lovely dentist office! The staff is very welcoming, making sure a usually harrowing experience is wholly comfortable. Dr. Jessica is extremely efficient and kind throughout the process, and I’m very impressed every time. I went to this dentist pretty recently, and the hospitality and service was really good. During my procedure, they were very kind hearted and even asked if I wanted to watch anything on the TV while I was sitting. My dentist was always asking if I was doing well while she was doing her job, which was very nice. I really recommend going to this dentist.

Our whole family drives from Sherwood Park to come to Otara Dental and we have sent many others here as well who have been equally happy. As someone who is prone to needing frequent dental work, I am always happy with the care I receive here. They really go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible. And their follow-up post procedures is also exceptional. The friendliness and kind demeanour of ALL staff is so appreciated. When our young children were having difficulties with anxieties at other dental clinics, the team here took the time to explain and make sure they felt safe and settled in their appointments. They got to know them, met them where they were at, and continue to do all that they can to make sure the dentist is a positive experience for them. We have been coming to Otara for years and highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe, caring, consistent dental clinic.
