The staff members are exceptionally friendly. The hygienists are wonderful with children, and they manage my boys very skillfully. Dr. Brian Lam is outstanding; he thoroughly explained my son's condition, which significantly alleviated my parental anxiety regarding the upcoming operation.

We’ve unfortunately had to visit Gateway Pediatric Dental Clinic twice in the last week, but both experiences have completely blown us away. Everyone has been so incredibly kind, patient, and amazing with our son during what were, understandably, two pretty stressful days for us. Last week, they even stayed open late just to make sure he could be seen that same day, which meant more to us than I can say. We saw Dr. Kwan both times, and he was absolutely wonderful not only with our son, but with both myself and my fiancé as well. He was calm, reassuring, compassionate, and made us feel like we were in very good hands from the moment we arrived. Having a dental issue with your child is never something you want to go through, but the entire team at Gateway made both experiences so much easier than they could have been. We feel incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful pediatric dental clinic so close to home, and we are so grateful for how accommodating and caring they have been with our family. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Kwan and the team at Gateway Pediatric Dental Clinic enough!

We had the absolute BEST experience at our pediatric dentist office, and I just have to share. They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter’s teeth. The team spent THREE hours carefully cleaning and extracting baby teeth, and not once did they lose patience. They were gentle, attentive, and constantly made sure she was comfortable. They walked us through every option, explained everything clearly, and truly made us feel involved in the process. What could have been a stressful day turned into such a positive experience for her. The entire staff was incredibly kind, encouraging, and supportive from start to finish. They turned something scary into something empowering. It says everything that my daughter asked if she could go back tomorrow — and was genuinely disappointed when she found out she has to wait six months for her next cleaning! Thank you to the entire team for your compassion, professionalism, and for creating such a wonderful experience for our family. We are so grateful. 🦷💛

I love this place, it was my first time visiting. I went for a second opinion, and honestly my heart was at ease leaving there. The front desk, the nurses, everyone is just amazing. We saw Dr. Lam and he was so gentle and understanding, he took the time to explain to me the procedure and I love that I understand my daughter's situation in deep detail. I will be taking all my kids here from now on.
