Emergency Dental Care

I recently had to visit Azarko Family Dental for an emergency, and I was incredibly impressed by the level of care I received. It is a huge advantage that they operate seven days a week, making weekend care accessible when you need it most. From the moment I walked in, the front staff was professional and friendly, taking the time to answer all of our questions and making the direct billing process seamless. Dr. Roy and his hygienist were superb and made what could have been a stressful tooth extraction a very comfortable experience. Dr. Roy was exceptionally considerate, constantly checking on my comfort level and taking necessary pauses to give my jaw a rest. He explained every step of the procedure as he went, ensuring I felt no pain and remained at ease throughout the appointment. The hygienist also took the time to clearly explain post-op care, including what to do, what to avoid, and the proper way to take my medications. Their professional and thorough approach has me seriously considering transferring my permanent files to this clinic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly prioritizes patient comfort and clear communication.

I called in because I told them I’m gonna be half hour late, they said to me I have missed to many of my appointments already. Those days are not actually what I missed, I moved those days to another date. I can say the date and time this happened but I won’t, she sounded rude. I told her I was sorry. She still sounded rude. I called in 2 days before my appointment is scheduled and I always asked them before is it okay if I move my appointment to another date. They say to me yeah sure! not a problem what date would you like to move it. But this one here she sounded like someone that you can’t not get along with. You can tell which one it would be cause she would be and sound rude to you. It’s her way or the highway as they say.

I must start off by saying that I have a very high pain tolerance... I had scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior and for starters on the phone they are just as amazing as they are in real life. Anyways I ended up coming in a day early in massive distress because my tooth had been broken in half and the pain was excruciating... I ended up calling and pleading to come in a day before my appointment and thank God they had time. I showed up to my appointment an hour early and the receptionsit saw the amount of pain I was in written all over my face from crying and rubbing my gums all day to the point my face was raw. They wasted no time in getting me into a chair where an x-ray was preformed and they asked me if I wanted to save my tooth, and at this point I was so exhausted that I just wanted the tooth gone. Before I knew it they were numbing me (I admit I cried like a little girl when they did this, my gums were so raw that all sensations were killing me). After I was numbed in a total of about 2 minutes and more crying on my part, the tooth was out of my mouth. I can't even describe the relief... Highly recommend this dentistry and the team there. They were so patient with me and making the process as comfortable as they could.

I am a long distance truck driver that does multiple deliveries across Canada from Ontario to British Columbia. I broke my tooth in Saskatoon Saskatchewan and arranged an appointment the following Sunday so it corresponded to my route back East. The appointment was quick and easy. I arrived just before my appointment time and was gone 45 minutes later. Dr. Dubin Roy was quick, skillful and very knowledgeable and I was lucky to have him. All charges were paid by my company benefits with no cost to me. The Azarko Family Dental clinic is a blessing and I would highly advise using them for EMERGENCY or family dental services. Thank you AZARKO NOTE: The parking lot is tiny so if you are driving a big rig like me, do NOT bring the trailer. Bobtail os OK but tight at certain times

I had my tooth extraction today . Tania ,dentist assistant, was so great and Dr. Amit did great job without any pain. I love the way they look after thier clients. Very nice facility with lots of Dr. around. Easy to make an appointment when emergency. Thanks Tania , again for your kindness
