I discovered North Central dental when I was seeking a second opinion for a complex dental issue. My first pleasant surprise was the time that the dentist, Dr. Mitali, took to explain my problem and what she could do for me. While she couldn’t do everything I hoped for, she offered a far more appealing solution than an earlier first opinion suggested. I was taken with her sincerity, her patience, and willingness to listen. She was assisted by Sarah an equally kind, engaging, patient and helpful lady. Next, there is the staff in the front office who were always so professionally willing to help, and did their best to accommodate me. As a disabled person with serious mobility issues that was important to me. I have recently concluded my treatment at this clinic with a good feeling about a job well done, indeed, a happy ending. This is the best dental office in the city! The staff are kind, caring and professional. I have been coming to this dental office since 2022 and every experience has been positive. They have relieved all my anxiety around seeing the dentist. I have had everything from basic cleanings, a few cavities filled and they were also able to fix previously done dental work that I was not very happy with. Excellent service at North Central Dental. North Central Dental provided outstanding care during my visit. The receptionist was welcoming, and the whole team made me feel comfortable. Dr. Brian Hoyano is very careful, takes his time, and even calls you back personally to check how your condition is improving. I felt respected, supported, and well looked after.
