I cannot recommend West Central Dental highly enough. Dr. Albert has been my dentist for more than 25 years, and throughout that time he has consistently provided exceptional care, professionalism, and craftsmanship. He is truly an outstanding dentist, and I have always had complete confidence in him and his team. Recently, I needed to have one of my veneers reattached while Dr. Albert was unavailable, and I was treated by Dr. Chong. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Chong did a fantastic job—the veneer fits perfectly, and his attention to detail, skill, and professionalism were evident throughout the appointment. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The entire team at West Central Dental is welcoming, efficient, and genuinely committed to providing first-class patient care. It is rare to find a dental practice that consistently delivers such a high standard of service over decades. Whether you see Dr. Albert or Dr. Chong, you will be in excellent hands. As much as an experience to the dentist can be wonderful, Andrew and team did a great job! They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and that means a lot. Thanks for the excellent service and giving my teeth a needed upgrade and helping to remove my previous pains!
They performed a laser gingivectomy and sent me home without proper care instructions. The information they provide is vague and it lacks professionalism.I also got some fillings done, they fix it once because I was having sensitivity and couldn’t chew properly (and I had to remind the dentist to do it on the following appointment). In one month they never called me back to set an appointment to check my gingivectomy recovery or if I needed to adjust my fillings again. I would never come back to a place that doesn’t take their patients seriously.
