Dr. Johnson is kind, compassionate, and attentive. I recently had to go on a search for a new family doctor, and I was admittedly devastated because I had been with my previous physician for over 30 years. As I went through the process of several meet & greets, I was feeling hopeless at the prospect of finding a new doctor that I could build a great relationship with. Enter Dr. Johnson! I am so happy to have found him while he was accepting new patients. He has been just wonderful. His receptionists/nursing assistants are always kind and helpful. His office is bright and clean. There is plenty of parking outside and seating in the waiting room.

It pain my heart to write this review. My family love Dr. Johnson and his wife. Such a kind gentleman and His wife is amazing. Our first visit saw our toddler being upset because she didn't want to remove her shoes. The receptionist was un-accommodating and insisted that she had to remove them though the base of her shoes were clean. Dr. Johnson's wife came out and heard her crying and fix the issue immediately. Another time my wife had medical scare and was in so much pain she called and explain the situation to the receptionists to allow her to see Dr. Johnson. She insisted that she couldn't see him until 3 weeks time. She started crying because the pain was so bad but the receptionist was not caring nor empathetic. I had to take her to Ross Creek where she was seen immediately and medical scare resolved... granted, Ross Creek isn't our family Dr. I was most disappointed and heart broken. Dr. Johnson is not the problem here, it's the people at the front desk. Especially the ones who have been working there for a long time. We haven't gone back since, but I missed Dr. Johnson. We tried to get an appointment to see him and explain the issues we are having but they always say he isn't available. My suggestions are somewhat controversial but we're talking about people's health and sometimes their life...... Please employ more immigrants who love their jobs and are more caring and empathetic. Never turn away patients with medical emergencies. Get rid of the older staff as they're corrupting the new ones. Please take these reviews seriously as patients are leaving. I still gave 5 stars for Dr. Johnson.

Dr Johnson is a great, skillful, well cultured, empathetic and diligent doctor who treats you like his only patient anytime you have an appointment with him. My family and I have been attending Dr. Johnson’s clinic for more than 3 years all now, and we have not for once struggled to get appointment at the clinic. He is a good listener, and very accurate with the diagnosis so far with my family and me.

I have been a patient at Fort Med, Inc. for five years, and my experience has been outstanding. Dr. Johnson is a fantastic physician who consistently provides excellent care. The attention to detail is remarkable, and I always receive quick referrals when needed. The clinic staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and Fort Med, Inc. to anyone seeking attentive medical care.

Dr Johnson is a highly experienced doctor. He takes great care of his patients. He has been my dad’s doctor for about 3 years and he is always patient to listen to him and understand his health challenges. Appointments don’t feel rushed. He also takes his time to answer his questions. Great clinic.
