I was in an accident back in October 2025. And have been seeing Rafat since and its been such a pleasure. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. He always checks in every couple of minutes to make sure the pressure is still comfortable. I always have such a good experience when I go see him the other staff members are amazing too!

All showed unsurpassed kindness and empathy when I returned to treatment after my father's recent passing, and Rafat took my symptoms and discomfort seriously, altering my prescribed program as appropriate to accommodate my nausea and pain. I felt embarrassed by my inability to stick with my exercises due to dizziness and nausea, but Rafat reassured me there is no reason to feel shame or embarrassment. He is an attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and skilled practitioner whose manner and approach put me at ease and assuaged the anxiety I feel about my slow progress, complex symptoms, and regression.
