Yvonne Keats is the most exceptional physiotherapist I’ve had in years. Possibly ever. And I’ve had a lot. Outstanding knowledge, treatment (assessment with measurements, manual therapy, dry needling, exercises/stretches, education), and measurement of outcomes. I have had sports physio in Canada and the UK from some of the best. Yvonne’s ability to identify and address issues supersedes anything I’ve ever experienced before. This is a physio with a passion for her work. She packs a lot into a session. She is the nicest person, also. Bedside manner matters to me but we’re there to address the problem and the fact-finding conversation compliments but doesn’t take over. The warmth and kindness, the attentiveness is solid. You feel deeply cared for. I paid privately for all the sessions, as my out of country insurance didn’t cover this (I’m an expat). It was worth every penny. I came in with an injured back from a medical procedure, unable to sit, stand, squat, bend, or roll over in bed. Yvonne has, in three weeks, largely resolved most of the worst of this. I’ll continue physio in Kuwait. The battery of exercises on the digital platform used at this clinic, which Yvonne mailed out, have strengthened and created flexibility where I didn’t have it. I feel quite emotional leaving this physiotherapist behind. Anyone who experiences severe pain and relief from it knows the relief. Everyone should have this clinic and physiotherapist’s number saved for those days when your body is shutting down. I would recommend early intervention. But at any point, expect results. I’m so pleased. Thank you to EVERYONE at this clinic also…for the supplies, warmth, deep knowledge, and care. The team are all excellent including the fabulous and very kind receptionist. Not everyone goes out of their way to connect fully with people, but these impressions make the whole treatment experience one I can confidently recommend to everyone. My chiropractor referred me to Global for a long time shoulder pain. Poonam did a thorough assessment and started a successful treatment of shock wave therapy. During the month of treatment I started having problems with vertigo again. My Doctor recommended physiotherapy so I told Poonam. She discussed my condition and was modest in her diagnosis ,I should see Ashlin who had more experience! I am much improved in both shoulder and vertigo with their care.

Had a terrific first visit with Jeri. I felt very confident in her knowledge and experience. She is patient, explained in detail everything that she was doing and answered any questions I had. I came away feeling much less discomfort and hopeful in ny healing process. Very thankful for Jeri!

Poonam worked with me over 8 weeks on both my wrist and rotator cuff. The in-person treatment and at-home exercises were effective at relieving pain and regaining strength and function. I have at-home exercises to work on to continue my rehab. Happy with the results.
