Synapse by Park Integrative Health

Synapse is a beautiful space, and all the practitioners are friendly & welcoming. I have used a number of services at Park Integrative Health (a few doors down) over the years, and this new expansion/space is just as lovely & helpful as the main one. I've never had to go to physio before, but recently, I injured my knees and had to seek out some care. It was an easy decision to trust someone at Synapse/Park Integrative Health! I'm now a patient of Meghans, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Her treatment has been thorough and really helping. I highly recommend the team there. There is plenty of parking in the lot, including handicapped stalls. And then building is accessible - including handicap door opening buttons at waist level & near the bottom of the floor.

I was looking for a physiotherapist who would explain the root cause of my pain and develop a plan to address the issue, not just treat the symptoms. Katy has exceeded my expectations! For the first time, I am following my at home exercise program, because I understand why those exercises were assigned. The online program clearly shows the exercises and is updated every time that the routine is modified. On top of that, my entire appointment is spent one-on-one with Katy. She doesn’t hand me off to an assistant or attach a Tens device and leave. I have had better results in far fewer sessions than the last physio place that I tried. I highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Jolene Gough at Synapse for Chiropractic care. She was so kind and gentle and really listened to me when I expressed anxiety about high-velocity adjustments. She was completely understanding and adjusted her treatment to meet me and my needs. And I found great relief after her treatment. Thank you Jolene!
