Jamie is amazing! She throughly and efficiently assessed my health and treated my issue in the same way. She took into account my own assessment and opinion of what was going on and frequently checked in to see the efficacy of the treatment. Perhaps what I appreciated most was that Jamie made a clear plan for my ongoing treatment and follow up. Over the years, I have been to other physio clinics and such a plan was never made clear, with appointments going on and on with no end point.
I've been seeing Seth for my chronic lower back injury and honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. He's easy to talk to, takes the time to actually explain what's going on, and gave me his contact info in case I had questions between appointments. The treatment itself has been hands-on and tailored specifically to me. He put together a workout plan designed around my recovery rather than just giving me generic exercises, which makes a huge difference. Seth gave me genuine reassurance that my back will get better. If you're dealing with something chronic and feeling a bit lost, I'd highly recommend him.
So I just went through a major reconstruction on my left knee with my ACL, my MCL, meniscus, and with the hamstring graft. It’s been one of the hardest things I’ve had to go through in my life. Going to The Bridge today was A great experience. Meeting my physiotherapist Ayrie really made me feel better about things. I’m looking forward to my full recovery at The Bridge!
Ive been seeing Seth Van Camp for 9 weeks. I had hip surgery in February and the program Seth has built for me is unbelievable. Easy to follow, progressive and rewarding. My balance and lower body strength is better than before surgery. I habe no doubt once im able to return to grappling full time I wont have any issues. Seth is very knowledgeable and tailored my program to my personal goals from day one. The facility is also incredible, clean well organized and has great equipment. Thanks to the Bridge and a huge thank you to Seth.
I had my first massage and was honestly a little nervous, but my therapist made the entire experience so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Amanda was incredibly warm, kind, and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything and check in with me throughout the session. Her calm and friendly demeanor helped me relax and feel completely at ease. Feeling so much limber and awake after. Thanks Amanda + The Bridge!
