I had a great experience with the Emerald hills physio and sport clinic team. My physiotherapist Navdeep is very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about my recovery. They took the time to explain my treatment plan, answered all my questions, and provided exercises that helped reduce my pain and improve my mobility. I felt supported throughout every session and saw steady progress. All staff are very professional and Viji the admin operation manager is highly professional and organized, she ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently while always being approachable and responsive.I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality physiotherapy care.

She really listens to what your body needs and tailors the massage to focus on problem areas without it feeling rushed or routine. I left feeling so much better, both physically and mentally. I went in for vestibular and TMJ therapy and felt at ease immediately upon entering the office. The front counter staff are kind, welcoming and professional. My physiotherapist is Navdeep and I highly recommend her, she is gentle, calm, thoughtful and patient (I had a lot of questions and she answered them respectfully and honestly, even if it wasn’t something I wanted to hear). It’s my first go around here and i will be coming back should I need physio again.

I have been very impressed with the thorough assessment and treatment I have received at this clinic. Denise did a thorough assessment which then followed up with treatment to multiple areas. I initially had been given a prescription by my doc for a cortisone in my hip but that will now not be necessary. So very pleased.
